The PCB has successfully hosted various international teams over the last 20 months as well as the high-profile PSL. All this, according to the ICC's chief executive officer David Richardson, has "changed the perception" of Pakistan as a place to visit.

International cricket in Pakistan came to an abrupt halt with the 2009 terror attack on Sri Lanka's team bus in Lahore, with Pakistan's national team finding a home away from home in the UAE. Since the visit of Zimbabwe in 2015, however, there has been a slow and steadily increasing flow of teams touring Pakistan.

"I think they've done a tremendous job and the level of comfort is growing all the time among the foreign players," Richardson said, during Sunday's PSL final between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi in Karachi. "I know some security officials from Australia and other countries have come to see the matches here. Step by step, certainly, Pakistan is on the right path and I know that the PCB will be redoubling their efforts to encourage people and teams to come across and certainly it will be with the ICC's support."

#IOC bans international #sports in #India. Only a coward would do that and an idiot would brag about it. The fact that BD exists as a testimony of two nation theory, not to mention the 30 years of Independence movement in Kashmir, also a testimonial to the TNT.
G. Talking with Karan Thapar on BBC's Face-to-Face about the 1971 India-Pakistan war, India's Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw said as follows:

"About the 5th day of the (1971) conflict in (East Pakistan)...everything had gone wrong (for India); the (Indian) Navy had lost the Khukri; Our (India) Air Force has lost a lot of aircraft on the ground; my (Indian Army's) advances in Bangladesh were halted......The Pakistan Army in East Pakistan fought very gallantly but they had no chance; they were a thousand miles away from their base; I had 8 or 9 months of preparation; I had almost 50:1 advantage; they had no chance but they fought very gallantly."

https://www.riazhaq.com/2016/09/performance-of-pakistan-armed-forces-in.htmlRiaz Haqhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00522781692886598586noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848640164815342479.post-1571872258483777122019-03-16T10:38:35.548-07:002019-03-16T10:38:35.548-07:001971 is over? More, importantly you lost your Two Nation Theory narrative and the narrative that Pakistan is the only country to stand up against India. Yet, in the process has become an economic weakling seeking charity and on the other Bangladesh is now stronger economically.

Jagunath BasuAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5848640164815342479.post-85638751500308536062019-03-15T11:53:16.228-07:002019-03-15T11:53:16.228-07:00I think Pakistan's retaliation and downing of ...I think Pakistan's retaliation and downing of Indian plane has rattled them.
